What is an exchange unit?
An exchange unit is a remanufactured component taken from our stock and shipped to you straight away. You return your worn unit, which we remanufacture and put back into stock for the next customer. You avoid waiting for your own part to be repaired.
Are your remanufactured components class-approved?
Yes. Our exchange program and repairs are approved under RINA classification, which confirms that remanufactured components are equivalent to new ones.
Which turbocharger brands do you service?
We service and supply parts for ABB, MAN, MHI, KBB, Napier, HS Turbo and IHI turbochargers. The service covers cartridge overhauls, turbine blade and nozzle ring repair, balancing, parts supply, exchange stock and field service.
Do you service Woodward governors?
Yes. PJ Circular Engineering is an Authorized Independent Woodward Service Facility. We also service governors and controls from Regulateurs Europa, Zexel (Diesel Kiki) and Yanmar.
How fast can you deliver?
Lead time depends on the component type and where it ships from. Exchange units are kept in stock and shipped from Denmark, and selected units are also available ex works (EXW) from our stock in China. Contact us with the component and your vessel’s location, and we will confirm availability and lead time.
